What leaders bring to mentoring

  1. 01

Every decision depends on me, and the team cannot carry the load

There is no one to delegate to, you keep doing the work yourself, and urgent tasks push strategy aside. We will identify where the system breaks down and build a team that can operate without your constant involvement.

  2. 02

We need to do something with AI — but what?

The pressure is real and the hype is everywhere, but there is no trusted person nearby who can explain it without noise. We will identify where AI can create real value in your company and how to begin without unnecessary risk.

  3. 03

I relocated and have to build my authority again

Warsaw, Limassol, Dubai, Berlin — you are an experienced professional, but no one knows you here yet. We will work through the new context so that you can establish your authority again.

  4. 04

I am tired of carrying everything alone

Pressure comes from above and demands come from below, while there is no safe place for an honest conversation. Here you can think out loud without consequences and without having to appear strong.

  5. 05

I do not know who I am beyond my role

The career and title are in place, but the sense of meaning is fading. We will explore what is behind that feeling and where you want to move next.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before our first meeting

Who is mentoring for?

Executives and business owners facing a specific management challenge, as well as professionals rebuilding authority after relocation. It is suitable for experienced leaders and people stepping into a new management role.

Can I begin with one consultation?

Yes. A one-off consultation lets us meet, work through a specific situation, and decide whether a longer mentoring format would be useful.

How do the meetings work?

Meetings are online and last 60 minutes. After each one, you receive a follow-up with the main agreements and a practical assignment; chat support is available between sessions.

Is the result guaranteed?

I provide tools, structure, feedback, and support. The result depends on your readiness to implement change: mentoring works when you do the work.

How does payment work?

Prices are listed in euros: a one-off consultation is €150, the Sprint is €550, and the Intensive is €900. We agree on the payment method before we begin.

Do you work with companies as well as individuals?

Yes. The Fractional CPO / Advisor format is a C-level partnership with a business owner during growth, change, or management overload.
